NOTE: **EFFECTIVE May 28, 2020**
Ontario’s Ministry of Health has given the go-ahead for health care providers to begin reopening gradually. We are pleased to inform you that we will gradually reopen for routine appointments beginning Monday June 1, 2020. Our top priority is the safety of our patients and staff. We will be implement additional safety protocols in our office, as well as space out our appointments and offer curbside check in to minimize the number of patients in the waiting area at a given time. All patients will be required to wear a mask to the appointment and use the automatic sanitizer dispenser that will be placed at the entrance as soon as they enter the office. Only people who have an appointment booked should come into the office (unless an adult is accompanying a child). ) Please leave all unnecessary items at home and do not use your cell phone in the office after you have sanitized your hands at the entry. Anyone who has travelled outside of Ontario over the last 14 days, or been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, or have any of the following symptoms must call and inform us so we may reschedule their appointment:
•Shortness of breath
•Difficulty breathing
•Sore throat or difficulty swallowing
•Decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell
•Unexplained fatigue/muscle aches
•Pink eye (conjunctivitis)
•Runny nose/nasal congestion without other known cause

We look forward to “SEEING” you again!
